• User Content: Uploaded images, text prompts, generated videos
• Device and Usage Data: Device model, OS version, in-app actions, IP address, crash reports
• Payment Data: Processed via Apple/Google. We do not store full credit card information.

2. How We Use Data

We use your data to:

• Operate and improve the App
• Authenticate users and manage accounts
• Provide technical support and respond to inquiries
• Process in-app purchases
• Monitor for abusive or prohibited behavior
• Improve AI prompt generation and system accuracy (in aggregate, non-identifiable form)

3. Legal Basis for Processing

We process your data under the following lawful bases:

• Consent (e.g. when you create an account)
• Contractual necessity (e.g. delivering App services)

4. Content Storage & Deletion

• Your uploaded and generated content is stored by default.
• You may delete your content at any time within the App interface.
• Deleted content will be removed from your account immediately and purged from our servers within 30 days unless we are required to retain it.

5. Data Sharing

We may share data with:

• Google Cloud for AI generation
• Apple/Google for payment processing
• Service providers for analytics and crash reporting (e.g. Firebase)

We do not sell your data to advertisers or third parties.

6. Security Measures

We take industry-standard measures to protect your data, including:

• Encrypted connections (HTTPS)
• Encrypted password storage
• Access controls and monitoring

Despite these efforts, no system is 100% secure. You use the App at your own risk.

7. International Users

By using the App, you consent to the processing and storage of your data in Canada. Data may also be processed by third-party infrastructure providers in other jurisdictions.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect data from children under 13. If we learn that we have collected such data, we will delete it.
